Basa fish has thick meat with a fatty and soft layer of fat, which when processed into dishes brings a unique flavor. Through a thorough catching and selection process, the fish is cleaned, skinned, filleted, and frozen.

The meat will still retain the sweet, fatty flavor of the fish without affecting the nutrients.
